Native American Heritage Month Spotlight on Michelle Simpson
Michelle Simpson is a member of the Susanville Indian Rancheria in California. She resides in the Dresslerville Community, which is part of the Washoe Tribe, in Gardnerville, NV. She has over 10 years of service with the State of Nevada, two of which were served under Governor Sandoval’s Administration. Currently, Michelle works for the Nevada Division of Forestry as the Executive Assistant to the State Forester.
