Autumn Harry, member of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe and a graduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno, has addressed a huge need for her Native American community in Northern Nevada. Autumn is using her fishing skills to help put ancestral foods on the table for elders of the tribe. She also launched an effort to encourage other Natives to take an oath to implement safety protocols within families and communities and how to be a responsible relative to our most vulnerable populations. Thank you, Autumn!
